Al seedawi Fact. Co. was established in Sidon – Lebanon in 1953 to produce Tahina, Halawa Tahinia and confectioneries. TheFactory start in 1959 in Kuwait City and reached a high record in production and sales Within five years. In 1964 it was cooperated with limited liability, reaching a highest remark in production and quality up to 1984 .
Al Seedawi Family moved in Ajman – UAE in 1985 to establish the new Company which includes different section to produce.
1- Sugar Candies Tahinia and roasted sesame seeds.
2- Tahina, Halawa Tahinia and roasted sesame seeds.
3- Nougat, Malban and other similar produce.
4- Chocolate products, plain and stuffed.
5- Sugar Coated Almond, groundnut and chickpeas.
6- Arabic Sweets and Cakes.
7- Gift boxes made of Cartons and plastics.
The Company spent many years complying with development and maintaining originality especially in producing whit Tahina which contains significant nutritional ingredients such as Protein, Carbohydrate,Calcium Fiber etc, when used for Salad,Hommos and baba Ghanoug.
Also Tahina is used to produce HalawaTahinia in different kinds as plain, stuffed with pistachio, nuts or chocolate.
Sesame seeds are Originally the main source to produce these Two items.
Sesame is one of the oldest seeds known to mankind. It is known by Egyptians while roman s ground it with cumin to make a pastry for bread.
Sesame seed oil has been extracted and used for thousands of years.
It is naturally antibacterial for common skin pathogens and a potent antioxidant. Internally, the oil molecules attract oil Solube toxins and carry them out into the blood stream and then out of the body as waste.
Due to its many uses and advantages, it becomes an alterative medicine.
