Not at the level of the region only but all over the Arab world.
It all started in 1959 when I started managing it with my brothers to achieve an ambition we wanted from the childhood, which is raising our homeland flag Lebanon at the industrial level , to be leaders and to be ambassadors of our country abroad in this industry.
With no doubt that these achievements was backed up by youthful wrists and luminous minds helped to develop the company.
Today the company is launching its website to go hand in hand with the new era and continuous customer satisfaction.
What has been achieved in fulfilling customer satisfaction:
1- Increase of the production capacity to fulfil clients’ requirements.
2-The application of the quality system (ISO).
3- Increase in the industrial level of the company.
4-Including the employees in taking the decisions, with the partnership of the administration.
5- Giving the employees the self-confidence the motivation for the persistence at work.
In the context of these changes and the changes the world economy pushes the companies and the enterprises towards quick development.
As Arab experts we must keep up with these developments by finding constructive solutions and being open to all changes and development.
